Turnkey Solutions

No matter how complex your requirement Vita Nova has the solution. We can design manufacture, install and commission from concept to reality.

If you have an idea of how you would like to introduce robotics and automation get in touch and we will be able to help you make it happen.

We have a number of packing line solutions to suit your speed and budget, no matter how complex your process. We can combine Collaborative solutions with more traditional robotics to give you the ideal solution.

Analysis Software

Using the latest analysis software our team of engineers will closely analyse your process before advising of the best solution.

We can study the whole process taking careful consideration to the robot size, its payload and the required cycle times to ensure there are no surprises.

Automation is your competitive advantage

Food manufacturers across the UK are looking more and more at how they can introduce robotic automation into their production facilities. With the introduction of stainless steel full IP69K robots this has become more of a reality.

Vita Nova is at the forefront of integrating this opportunity. Using our in-house design facilities we can:

  • Design bespoke end of arm tooling fitted to our innovative quick release system

  • Use our innovative software to fully design and demonstrate how the system will work prior to manufacturing.

  • Manufacture and install the full solution with our own team of highly skilled personnel.

Ultra Fast Picking Solutions

SCARA Robots are a popular option for small robotic assembly applications. SCARA is an acronym for Selective Compliance Articulated Robot Arm, meaning it is compliant in the X-Y axis, and rigid in the Z-axis. The SCARA configuration is unique and designed to handle a variety of material handling operations at higher speeds.

Huge versatility across a wide envelope

If its faster pick and place you need then our Fanuc M series is the ideal solution for you.

Specifically designed to maximise speed and versatility on high-speed small part handling and picking operations across a range of industries including food, pharmaceutical and electronics, M-3 robots are available with either 3, 4 or 6 axes. Their unique parallel-link structure and very large work envelope makes them ideal candidates for automating demanding applications that traditional serial-link or scara robots are unable to perform.
